Some initiatives are too important to get wrong,
and too complex to get right.

That's where I GET in.

Inside every growing company, strategies, programs, and recommendations come from everywhere: AI tools, internal teams, stakeholders, and well-meaning advisors.

The question is which of them is actually right for your business, not just plausible, but proven, pressure-tested,
and ready for market.

Tell me what you're working on

Describe your situation in a few sentences.
Where you're stuck, what you've already tried, and what's at stake.

I'll read it and send you a direct perspective.

No pitch, no template, no obligation.

What getting it right looks like

  • From transactional services to recurring revenue.

A services portfolio was already generating revenue, but it was transactional in nature. Every engagement started from zero: a new negotiation, a new procurement cycle. There was an opportunity to change the model. A subscription-based model was introduced, giving customers a low-barrier way to access ongoing services and shifting services from a one-time revenue line to a contributor to ARR. That decision continues to shape how the business grows.

  • A catalog no one trusted, rebuilt into one customers could count on.

A catalog of 70+ modules, customers, and internal teams couldn't tell what worked, what was experimental, and what had simply been abandoned. In three months, a structured, trusted system with a clear way of working, forming the team, radical deprecation of dead weight, and a reliable catalog we could confidently commit to. Within the months that followed, we established a customer-trusted tiering framework. The system is still running today, now in its next phase of evolution.

  • A developer community that had gone quiet, reactivated.

A flagship developer event had been dormant for years. For a business built on a partner and developer ecosystem, the community is not a nice-to-have. It is the foundation. The core fanbase had drifted, and there was no owner, no momentum, and no path back. Took ownership of the revival’s experience and execution. Over 170 attendees. The reception was strong enough that this year, the event is expanding to include customers.

  • Same people, better system, completely different impact.

A sharp, talented regional team that had simply never been given the right stage and the right opportunities. Their ways of working were rebuilt, their ownership designated, and their contribution to the wider organization redefined. They now serve customers across the globe, collaborate across borders, and confidently lead customer-facing programs and deliver some of the most impactful solutions. Same people, better system, completely different impact

  • A strategic program built from the ground up to open a new route to market.

The business needed more than a product update or a campaign. As enterprise expectations rise, the path to adoption has to be simpler, faster, and more predictable. That gap was the opportunity. A structured, end-to-end program that could unlock growth in a way nothing currently existing could. From concept through program design, cross-functional alignment, and go-to-market structure: the full build. The foundation is in place, and the direction is set.

How we work together

Project-based

You have a specific challenge to solve. A program to build, a touchpoint to fix, an initiative that needs to land right the first time.

I come in, embed with your team, and bring the business acumen, operational experience, and senior judgment to make sure what you build is not just well-designed but commercially sound and aligned to where your business is going.

This is not a review from the outside. I work alongside you, from problem to delivery.

Engagements typically run 3 to 9 months, scoped to the project.

Fractional

The project is done, but the need for senior judgment does not stop there.

This is for founders and leaders who want executive-level thinking on tap, someone who knows your business, understands where you are going, and can step in when it matters without the overhead of a full-time hire.

We define the rhythm together based on what you actually need.

Who this is for

This is for founders and leaders who are past the point where more information helps.

You've read the frameworks. You've seen the playbooks. You know what success looks like in theory. What's missing is not another model. Not another framework. Not another opinion.

You need someone who has actually built these things, will tell you the hard truth when it matters, and has a real stake in whether it works.

If that's where you are, we should talk.
