Not advising from a distance. Building service operations, revenue-contributing portfolios, global teams, and programs that continue to deliver results even after the room moved on to the next priority.
One company. Many roles. Broad scope. It provided a unique environment to understand growth under pressure. The opportunity to draft, improve, own, and expand initiatives across regions and functions, with real autonomy, offered lessons beyond any classroom. The challenges were real. So were the lessons.
The EMBA at iimt, University of Fribourg, Switzerland, followed to formalize and articulate the experiences already lived.
After years of seeing and solving these challenges, building something focused entirely on them felt less like a decision and more like a natural next step.

Where the perspective comes from
Business was never abstract. Growing up in a family where commercial decisions were dinner table conversation meant that how organizations actually work was never a mystery. It was simply part of life.
Asia and Europe didn't just shape a worldview. They shaped a business lens. How conversations are run. How negotiations land. Where innovation comes from. What premium means in Zurich versus what brand means in Manila. That gap is where misunderstandings live and where the right person in the room makes all the difference.
Based in Lenzburg, Switzerland, my perspective is shaped by my roots and experiences in Asia, as well as by my day-to-day life and work across Europe.
This blend continues to shape how I approach people, business, and growth.
